Marcel Leader – Managing Director

Marcel is currently the owner and Managing Director of Enviroserve UK. The business was started in 2012 and was born from the belief that service provision should be driven by obsession with the client and not the market place in general. Having worked for some of the major FM players in the market place Marcel arrived at the view that cleaning service provision could and will be delivered better through a company that he could put his own personal  stamp on. Enviroserve UK was born.

Marcel has over 20 years’ experience working for multi national companies managing and operating major multimillion pound FM contracts across the leisure, retail and educational sectors, including well known venues and companies such as  Aintree, The DWP, The BBC, DVLA, Barclays, Aviva, Exeter University, Birmingham University and Leeds University. Marcel was a company director at the age of 25and has operated as a subject matter expert and private consultant bidding on national TFM contracts and then managing these through mobilisation and transition to a steady state. Marcel is currently the Managing Director for Enviroserve UK , working on developing the business into an international standard operation.

Neil Stephens – Sales Director

Neil Stephens joined Enviroserve in August 2015 as our National Sales Director, and is responsible for the entire business development process. Much like Kevin, Neil has vast experience within the cleaning industry, having worked for some of the largest FM providers in the UK. Neil had also been developing bespoke service solutions for clients in a variety of different industry sectors, including commercial offices, manufacturing, public service and education. Neil always works very closely with his clients and operational colleagues, determined to ensure a high level of service is delivered from day one, and maintained throughout the lifetime of the contract.

Pat Townsend – Key Account Manager

Pat Townsend has been in the cleaning industry since 1996, joining us in 2015. More recently, she has become our Key Account Manager, thanks to her excellent customer service skills. Holding a great eye for our customers’ requirements, she always ensures a smooth running of her contracts, and thrives on client satisfaction, as a whole having dealt with senior client managers from sectors such as Education, Retail, Leisure and Commercial Offices. She is also responsible for the day to day delivery of the cleaning at her sites, working closely with her managers to deliver the highest standards of cleaning. Pat has also completed a variety of courses during her time in the industry including Recruitment and Selection, Immigration and BICSc Level 1 & 2 Assessor Training.

Tom Hickey – Regional Manager

Tom has been with Enviroserve from the beginning of our journey, and has been an integral part to the growth of the business through continued business retention. Tom was educated at Salt Grammar school and later at Sheffield Hallam University where he obtained his degree. He has been key in delivering the growth and leadership required to the Operations teams on the contracts over the last 5 years, helping provide the key link between our clients and our operations, developing relationships and a rapport with our clients whilst understanding the operations teams’ needs. Tom provides invaluable direction when resourcing various key elements of our contracts, and always provides the lead when new mobilisations of contracts takes place.

Courtney Marshall – Office Manager

Courtney has been with us since 2016, joining us as Office Manager, quickly made an impression amongst colleagues with her considerable organisational skills. Calling on previous experience from similar office environments, Courtney has introduced new processes and new ways of working, which has benefited the management team enormously by creating a solid base of professionalism and clarity. We haven’t looked back since adding Courtney to the team, and she’s growing tremendously through our business experience.
